Delivery and Shipping

Local delivery

Your orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for standard delivery.

We offer complimentary delivery for orders above S$60. For orders below S$60, there will be a nominal charge of S$4.50. We do not deliver to restricted areas.

There will be additional S$10 surcharge for delivery to surcharge zones (Tuas, Changi Airport, Sentosa)

All orders will be shipped via Qexpress or an equivalent, trackable courier service. 

Our delivery partners are working hard! During festive periods, please expect up to 9 working days to receive your order.

It is very important to provide the correct address during checkout. Please reconfirm that you have included your postal code and unit number correctly. We will not be liable for any forms of lost parcels due to incorrect address.

 

International shipping

Exchange Rate

All our items are listed in Singapore Dollars and we charge your account in Singapore Dollars. The bank that issued your credit card will determine the exchange rate.

Back Orders

If the product you have selected/purchased is currently not in stock, we will drop you an email to inform you immediately. You may choose to receive a refund or wait for your selected item to be in stock again.


Shipping information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification. If you have not received your confirmation after 30 minutes, do check your junk/spam folders and refresh the email page once more. If the problem persists, do drop us an email at hello@simplyscents.sg

Loss in Transit
Unfortunately, we will not be held responsible for items that have already been mailed out by normal mail. In the event you encounter lost items, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Things to look out for:
  • Ensure your address provided is correct
  • Check if your parcel has been placed at your door/gate
  • Check with your nearest post office to see if your parcel is being held there

    Shipping Address

    Please verify the shipping address and contact information before confirmation. If a package is returned to us due to an errant address, additional shipping fees will apply.
